I give private classes in English or French (some German is possible :-)) in the Ausseerland region (Altaussee, Bad Aussee, Grundlsee, Bad Mittendorf) and also online!

YOGA FOR WOMEN
Accompanying women with practices supporting each phase of life! Almost every form of yoga we know today was created and developed by male teachers, even though the majority of people practicing yoga nowadays are women. I enjoy accompanying women in their yoga practice, offering them new perspectives on yoga and new techniques which actively support their bodies and their needs throughout life, connecting them to their feminine, to their bodies, to their inner wisdom and to their intuitive knowledge of themselves. This form of yoga can also be considered therapeutic in many ways, helping us deal with various feminine issues we may be having to face in our lives.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative & Yin Yoga
Hatha Yoga is composed of a wide spectrum of styles : from a posture-based Hatha Yoga practice, to a dynamic Vinyasa flow practice, or a deeply soothing and restorative Yin-style practice, there is a form for every being. We can find the best practice for you in each session, adapting it to your current needs, to the specificities of your body and helping you work towards your goals. Yoga brings more flexibility, balance and strength to both body and mind and a deeper awareness of ourselves, connecting us back to our core of being.

PRE- & POST-NATAL YOGA
I am a trained pre- and post-natal yoga teacher and accompany women through their pregnancy and post-birth with a combination of yoga, breathwork, meditations and relaxation practices that supports you through the entire process. Yoga is a very gentle and supportive discipline for all phases of pregnancy, physically, mentally and emotionally and can help you prepare yourself for the moment of child birth. I look forward to accompanying you in this beautiful journey, connecting with you and your baby and giving you the best possible care and support needed to live this moment of your life.

AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga is a "newer" form yoga that has been developing in the past 10 years that is incredibly playful, creative, intuitive and fun using "yoga silks" (or hammock) as the main prop and support in the practice. It can also be very therapeutic in its use of inversions. You may be surprised to know that despite what it looks like, aerial yoga is often found to be "easier" than "regular" yoga due to the support of the silk. You do not need to be an expert in any way in order to take your first class! Take your yoga practice into a new dimension, learning step by step the art of "flying" off your mat!

MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS & YOGA NIDRA
Trained in the buddhist traditions (mainly Zen and Vipassana) and in more secular mindfulness-based meditations, I love to share these teachings and techniques which can truly be your best trusted companions through life, bringing more stability, connectedness, resilience and inner peace. My aim is to support you in developing your own ongoing meditation practice and provide you with a deeper understanding of the practices and various philosophies found contemplative traditions across the globe.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided deep relaxation similar in many ways to a meditation, which offers a profound regeneration for the often over-stimulated body and mind.

BREATHWORK
Proper breathing is the basis for overall health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Using techniques derived from yoga and other breathwork disciplines, we will retrain ourselves to breathe correctly and abdominally. You will understand the mechanics of breathing and learn tools and exercises for you to practice daily to positively influence multiple aspects of your life and health: better sleep and rest, better digestion, stress and anxiety management, emotional balance, lower blood pressure, immune system boost and many more benefits may be experienced.
