Breath is the foundation of our lives, having ripple effects for our body's overall health, our emotional balance and mental strength. Learn different breathing techniques from yoga, and re-train yourself to breath correctly. Breathwork has positive effects on the following:

- Dynamic Yoga Class -
The Dynamic Yoga class will include more flow and movement, to open up the body and move and fluidify its energies, using the pattern of sun salutations or vinyasas, and weaving in various asanas (yoga postures) stemming from the Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga traditions mainly. This is a more "yang" practice, which will awaken the body, and bring release at the same time.
Through my guidance, you will tune into your rhythm, using your breath to support your flow, and internalising, building awareness of your body, as well as resilience, strength and mental focus.
This practice is recommended for those who have already practiced some yoga, but is also open to beginners who are ready to jump into a more energetic practice. We will explore a wide range of asanas, adapting them to your level.
My Dynamic Hatha Yoga classes unfold in three stages:

This Dynamic practice still incorporates the fundamental elements of self-awareness throughout the practice, mindfulness, presence, and internalisation, through flow, through movement.
- Gentle Yoga Class -
During the classes, I will guide you through the practice so that you can learn new asanas and experience them deeply and at your own pace, gradually. The emphasis will be on relaxation, stretching, release, internalisation, and listening to yourself, not on performance.
We learn with the practice to cultivate fundamental qualities: presence and open attention. This approach is accessible to every-body, regardless of your level. You will also discover and familiarise yourself with the energetic dimension of yoga through the knowledge of chakras, these energy centres that are activated by different postures.
My Gentle Hatha Yoga classes unfold in three stages:

Warm-up phase: to wake up the body and prepare it for asanas, bringing movement into the body

Asana practice: postures, taken from the Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, using props to feel comfortable in each position, and to assist us to go deeper into the position and the stretch in some cases)

Guided final relaxation
This Hatha Yoga practice is gentle, contemplative, internalized and deeply spiritual. It develops in us an attitude of openness, presence, mindfulness and joy at all times.
