About Me
My Background
I am a French-english yogini who meditates and lives in Altaussee, a small village in the Ausseerland countryside of Austria, between lakes and mountains...
Nine years ago, I was living in San Francisco, California, and was running a small theater company. Through art, I think I was already looking for some answers: Who am I? What is this life for? How to live it? It wasn't long in this wonderful city before I encountered yoga and meditation, cracking open some doors and bringing me great sense of relief and exhilaration. For the first time, I heard of teachings that delved head-on into this mystery and beauty of living and offered experiential practices to make us engage in this exploration of ourselves. Following these ancient well trodden maps, I took my first steps...
I first practiced yoga with different schools, wanting to understand more: Vinyasa, Iyengar, Integral amongst others, and learned meditation from the incredible Zen Center of San Francisco as well as Mindfulness-based meditation from Spirit Rock.
In 2016, I left my job to follow a Hatha Yoga teacher training course, and from then on, my life did a summersault! Deeply touched by this experience, I continued to travel through Central America and Asia, with a thirst for more learning and more exploring. This journey was as much an inner one as it was an outer one, taking me through several fundamental stops... I discovered different spiritual traditions with their particular approaches, and was surprised to find that they all somehow pointed in the same direction.
From a Theravada Buddhist Thai monastery, to a permaculture farm in the jungles, and onto a Balinese yogic Ashram, I finally landed at the Hridaya Yoga and Meditation center in Mexico, with whom I helped to build up their center in France. I remained there for three years, living amongst the community, running the school and eventually teaching there after completing my second yoga and meditation teacher training with them.
I now live in a small village in Austria's sublime Salzkammergut countryside with my Austrian partner, learning German :-), delighting in the pure, natural beauty of this place and teaching yoga and meditation in various capacities: as part of the yoga therapists team at the Vivamayr Altaussee health center, and offering both private and group classes around the Ausseerland region with one goal: to make you fall in love with meditation and yoga the way I did!

My Approach
My approach is holistic and stems from experience. It is rooted in the simplicity of being, the joy of practice, and mindfulness. Above all, it is spiritual. Because yoga just like meditation in all their various forms have always been ways of awakening which make us go to the heart of our being, exploring our depths and unearthing hidden treasures there...
In these vast spaces we dive with curiosity, discovering the magic of the present moment, of our own aliveness, learning to cultivate discernment, acceptance, peace, and openness. My classes are oriented in this way, to allow you to begin and deepen this exploration, which to me is the most beautiful, the most fascinating and ultimately the most natural of all: exploring who we are.

"When you reach the top of the mountain, keep climbing"

My Influences
Here is an overview of my journey so far and my influences. I am infinitely grateful to each of these places, and to all the people who transmit teachings formally and simply through their way of living. In each place I was able to collect a few seeds of wisdom that were sown on my path and that keep on growing and unfolding beautifully.
